  • Various types of marina structures, their features and characteristics are identified
       
Element: Marina ownership types are identified and advantages and disadvantages of each are outlined
       
Element: Different types of boat storage and dock systems are identified and outlined
       
Element: Equipment and objects found in a marina are identified and their function is explained
       
Element: Different business models for marina operations are outlined and the advantages and disadvantages of each are outlined and documented
       
Element: Classify different marine vessel types commonly seen on a marina
  • Hull form and superstructure features are outlined, and hull designs are matched to normal vessel operation
       
Element: Vessel construction materials are identified and their relevance to the marina is explained
